These terms cover anything you order from Lavender Post, which is made by amvo studio ("we"). By ordering, you agree to them.

What we make

• Memory Books: a hardcover book made from your family's photos, words and voices. One copy is included, and extra copies are $39 each.
• Birthday Editions and Celebration of Life booklets: a print-ready PDF, with optional hardcover copies of Celebration of Life booklets.
• The Family Edition: a monthly family newspaper, printed and mailed in the US.
• The Weekly: a weekly large-print newspaper for senior communities, delivered by email to print.
• Conversation Cards: printable card decks for personal and care-community use.

Your proof, your approval

You read every page of a book or booklet before it's printed, and nothing is charged until you approve it. Please check names, dates and spellings carefully. Once you approve, we print exactly what you approved.

Your photos and words

You keep all rights to what you give us. You let us use it only to make, deliver and support your order. Please only upload photos and recordings you have the right to share. We may decline content that's unlawful or hurtful.

How we write

We use AI tools to help draft some text, like Memory Book captions and parts of the Weekly. A real person checks every page, and history stories in the Weekly are checked against published sources. If you ever spot a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it.

Payment, shipping and subscriptions

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We ship and mail within the United States. Hardcovers are printed and shipped by our printing partner, usually within about a week of payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime. Refunds and reprints are covered on our Refunds page.

Our responsibility

We take great care with everything we make, but we can't be responsible for delays by carriers or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer law.
